/KASE, August 13, 2024/ – Altyn Sapa ALM LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the amended issue prospectus of bonds KZ2P00009962 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", ALSPb1; KZT1,000, KZT6.0 bn; 05.09.23 – 05.09.26; semi-annual coupon, 25.00 % per annum; 30/360) registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on July 4, 2024, and a certificate on state registration of the bond issue, replacing the one issued previously.

According to these documents:

• the certificate was replaced in connection with the payment of additional remuneration in the amount of 25 % of the face value of the bonds in the event of accelerated commissioning of a multi-apartment residential complex with built-in premises and parking.
