/KASE, August 7, 2024/ – Altai Resources JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated August 1, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

- excluded: A. Mun;

- elected: A. Evstigneev, E. Ogai, V. Volkov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Altai Resources JSC consists of three persons: A. Evstigneev, E. Ogai, V. Volkov.
