/KASE, August 2, 2024/ – ALTYN SAMRUK QAZAQSTAN JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated August 1, 2024, the following changes were made to composition of the company's Board of Directors:

- excluded: Zh. Bokenbaev;

- elected: A. Nurtazina, R. Baibaktieva.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of ALTYN SAMRUK QAZAQSTAN JSC consists of three people: R. Baibaktieva, A. Nurtazina, G. Pazylkhairova.
