/KASE, July 29, 2024/ – Asker Munai Exploration JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of its sole shareholder dated July 15, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: N. Smailov;
• elected: A. Evstigneev, U. Tilenbaev, M. Kuzdibaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Asker Munai Exploration JSC consists of three people: A. Evstigneev, U. Tilenbaev, M. Kuzdibaev.
