/KASE, July 26, 2024/ – AsiaAgroFood JSC (Almaty region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated July 19, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Sarssembaev;
• elected: S. Ashenov, S. Orazbekov, Zeng Qingxing.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of AsiaAgroFood JSC consists of five people: S. Ashenov, L. Bergibayeva, S. Orazbekov, A. Kalugina, Zeng Qingxing.
