According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the bank makes up 7,995,700 units;
• 7,375,700 common shares of the bank are outstanding;
• the sole Bank'S shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the bank is PJSC VTB Bank (St. Petersburg).
