/KASE, April 22, 2024/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that following a decision of the Committee on Indices and Indicators (hereinafter – the Committee) dated April 11, 2024 in accordance with KASE's internal document "Methodology for Stock Market Indices and Indicators Calculation" (hereinafter – the Methodology), the representative list of shares (hereinafter – the List) for KASE Index calculation from May 6, 2024 was determined.

According to item 16 of Article 4 of the Methodology, restrictive coefficients for shares of the representative list of KASE Index are calculated once per calendar quarter based on the results of the last working day of January, April, July, October and come into effect on the third working day of the next month.

Due to the postponement of the holiday in Kazakhstan, May 4, 2024 is the third working day of the next month.

In accordance with the above, the effective date of the representative list for calculating KASE Index with new parameters is postponed from May 6 to May 4, 2024.

The representative list of shares for calculating KASE Index will remain unchanged.

the  parameters Fi, Ri, Portion will be recalculated in accordance with current
share  prices and the number of shares in free float as of March 1, 2024.

NOTES TO THE TABLE

ISIN – the share's national or international identification number.

Issuer – the share issuer's short name.

Ri – restrictive coefficient – parameter limiting the portion of each share's influence on the index value down to 0.15 (15 %), calculated for each share once in a quarter as of February 1, May 1, August 1, November 1, the calculation procedure for which is regulated by the Methodology.

Fi – parameter, derived as the product of the number of shares in free float as of January 1, 2024, the price of the last deal registered on KASE on February 29, 2024, and the coefficient Ri, which limits the portion of influence of a share of each name on the index value.

Portion – the portion of the total market value of a particular stock in the total market value of all stocks listed on KASE Index's representative list. It is indicated in percentage.
