/KASE, March 29, 2024/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated March 13, 2024, the following composition of the bank's Board of Directors was elected:

- T. Karagoishin;

- M. Yelibaev;

- Marcia Elizabeth Christian Favale;

- A. Saidenov.
