/KASE, March 11, 2024/ – NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 22, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: G. Auganov;
• elected: Y. Otynshiev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC consists of eight people: A. Ryskulov, Ulf Wokurka, K. Irubaev, Y. Berdigulov, Y. Otynshiev, John McKay, Aleksandr Schirhuber, N. Sauranbayev.
