/KASE, January 30, 2024/ – Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty) as the settlement agent for international bonds XS2571803019 (sector "securities of international financial organizations", ASDBe13; KZT8,900,684,000, 25.01.23 – 21.01.25, quarterly coupon, 16.65 % APR; actual/360) of Asian Development Bank, has informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) that the interest rate for the fourth coupon period on these bonds was set at 16.65000 % per annum, whereby:

- depreciation of the face value – KZT401,172,000.00;

- fixed amount of coupon interest per unit of face value – KZT42.55;

- total fixed amount of coupon interest – KZT375,231,557.65.
