/KASE, January 23, 2024, company information added, heading changed/ – NAC Kazatomprom JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a change in the list of organizations, in which it owns ten or more percent of the shares (stakes, units) of each such organization:

NAC Kazatomprom JSC, as part of a restructuring aimed at simplifying and optimizing the ownership structure, sold a 49 % stake in the authorized capital of Taiqonyr Qyshqyl Zauyty LLP to Kazatomprom-SaUran LLP. As a result, the participants of the legal entity are Kazatomprom-SaUran LLP with a 75% stake and RU-6 LLP with a 25% stake, which are 100% subsidiaries of National Atomic Company "Kazatomprom" JSC.
