/KASE, December 27, 2023/ – KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated December 21, 2027, N. Alimukhambetov was elected as a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance JSC consists of six persons: N. Aidapkelov, A. Prashev, R. Orazbayev, N. Koshkimbayev, K. Sapulatov, N. Alimukhambetov.
