/KASE, December 26, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on December 25, 2023, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00010697 (ALTCpp1; KZT1,000, KZT11.0 bn, 4 years; quarterly coupon, 25.00 % APR; 30/360) of AlmaTau Construction LLP (Almaty) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market.

The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is December 25, 2023.
