/KASE, December 19, 2023/ – MFO "NIET Credit" LLP (Shymkent), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its partners will be held on December 28, 2023, with the agenda as follows:

• consideration and approval of the issue of increasing the size of the authorized capital of the partnership from January 1, 2024;
• review and approval of the partnership's charter in a new edition;
• review and approval of the organizational structure of the partnership.
