/KASE, December 19, 2023/ – National company Food contract corporation JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated December 4, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• removed: A. Ashimov;
• elected: R. Zhanatayev, S. Toleu.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of National company Food contract corporation JSC consists of six persons: A. Juvashev, D. Dautov, S. Tenbayev, N. Karnakova, R. Zhanatayev, S. Toleu.
