Eurasian Bank says Moody's Investors Service upgraded the bank's ratings; outlook Positive
/KASE, November 16, 2023/ – Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

On November 1, 2023, the international rating agency Moody's Investors Service upgraded the following ratings of the Bank:
- the long-term rating of deposits in national and foreign currencies was increased from "B1" to "Ba3";
- the long-term counterparty risk rating was increased from "Ba3" to "Ba2";
- the long-term counterparty risk assessment was increased from "Ba3(cr)" to the level of "Ba2(cr)";
- the baseline credit assessment was increased from "b2" to "b1".
The following ratings of the Bank were also affirmed:
- the short-term counterparty risk assessment was affirmed at "NP(cr)";
- short-term counterparty risk rating "NP" affirmed;
- short-term deposit rating "NP" affirmed.
The outlook is positive.
