/KASE, October 17, 2023/ – Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty) as a settlement agent for international bonds XS2541297557 (sector "securities of international financial organizations", ASDBe12; KZT3,411,252,000, 20.10.22 – 22.10.24, quarterly coupon, 14.50 % APR; actual/360) of Asian Development Bank, has informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) that the interest rate for the fourth coupon period on these bonds was set at 14.50000 % per annum, whereby:

- depreciation of the face value – KZT118,638,000.00;

- fixed amount of coupon interest per unit of face value – KZT36.6527777777778;

- total fixed amount of coupon interest – KZT121,408,184.63.
