/KASE, August 17, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that trading in common shares US4781601046 (sector "KASE Global", JNJ_KZ) of Johnson & Johnson (USA) has been suspended on KASE since August 17, 2023.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Regulations on execution of exchange activities" based on the company's notice that on August 18, 2023, common shares US4781601046 (JNJ_KZ) of Johnson & Johnson will be exchanged for 1.5 bn common shares US49177J1025 of Kenvue.
