/KASE, July 31, 2023/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated July 20, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: Y. Zharkeshov;
• elected: K. Moldabayev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Samruk-Energy JSC consists of seven persons: N. Kazutin, A. Repin, A. Kashkinbekov, K. Moldabayev, A. Zhubayev, V. Ogai, K. Maksutov.
