/KASE, July 31, 2023/ – First Heartland Securities JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated July 26, 2023, the following changes were made to the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: Katsu Shigeo;
• elected: G. Yessenov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of First Heartland Securities JSC consists of four people: G. Yessenov, R. Khamzin, Zh. Azbekov, D. Kabylbayev.
