• at IPE (London) price of March futures for Brent North Sea Crude Oil fell by 1.40% to $30.88 per barrel;
• at NYMEX (New York) price for Light Sweet Crude Oil blend with delivery in March of 2004 fell by 0.83% to $34.58 per barrel;
