/KASE, April 21, 2023/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated April 17, 2023, consent was granted for inclusion of Asian Development Bank's proposed international bonds XS2610164944 (ASDBe15; KZT13,300,000,000; 26.04.23 – 17.12.30; semi-annual coupon, 14.10 % APR; 30/360) in the "Securities of international financial organizations" sector of KASE official list.

The admittance initiator of the said bonds is Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty).

The effective date of this decision of KASE's Management Board is April 21, 2023.
