/KASE, December 5, 2022/ – Life Insurance Company "Kommesk-Omir" JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on December 1, 2022.

Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to make a voluntary delisting of the company's common shares on KASE;
• to approve the conclusion of agreements on the transfer of the company's insurance portfolios.
