/KASE, November 2, 2022/ – Insurance Company "Kommesk-Omir" JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of supplementing the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for December 1, 2022.

The meeting agenda, taking into account the addition:

• on the voluntary delisting of the company's shares;
• on approval of the conclusion of agreements on the transfer of the company's insurance portfolios.
