/KASE, June 10, 2022/ – Financial company REAL-INVEST.kz JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated June 1, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the company’s Management Board:

• excluded: M. Albakov – member of the Management Board;
• elected: V. Gordanov – Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Financial company REAL-INVEST.kz JSC consists of three people: V. Gordanov, D. Mestoev, H. Albakov.
