According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the bank makes up 548,400,000 pieces;
• all authorized shares of the bank are outstanding;
• the bank's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the bank is Bank CenterCredit JSC.
