/KASE, April 11, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 4, 2022 Bachvarov Kiril Atanasov was elected a member of the bank's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" JSC consists of five people: Bachvarov Kiril Atanasov, Gorak Karel, Rozegnal Pavel, A. Saidenov, Polachek Bokhumil.
