According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the bank makes up 160,240 units;
• 34,890 common shares of the bank are outstanding;
• the bank's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the bank is HOME CREDIT AND FINANCE BANK LLC.
