/KASE, April 7, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) was provided with an extract from the shareholder registers of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC as of April 1, 2022.

According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the bank makes up 2,119,519 pieces;
• 2,109,590 common shares of the bank are outstanding;
• the bank's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the bank is National managing holding Baiterek JSC.
