/KASE, April 7, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated March 31, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the Management Board:

• excluded: Gorak Karel – Chairman of the Management Board;
• elected: Foukal Zdenek, Bachvarov Kiril Atanasov – Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the said changes, the Management Board of Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" consists of three persons: Foukal Zdenek, Batchvarov Kiril Atanasov, N. Nadirova.
