/KASE, April 7, 2022/ – Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) (Almaty) as a settlement agent on international bonds XS2251962499 (sector "Securities of international financial institutions", ASDBe5, KZT3,875,505,000; November 19, 2020 – October 22, 2022; quarterly coupon indexed at inflation – inflation+margin, actual/360) of Asian Development Bank has informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) that the interest rate was set at 10.12000 % APR for the sixth coupon period, whereby:

• amount of amortization of face value – KZT88,942,839.75;
• fixed amount of coupon interest per unit of face value – KZT24.74;
• total fixed amount of coupon interest – KZT91,723,595.97.
