/KASE, March 25, 2022/ – Akzhal Gold Resources JSC (Almaty), whose shares are on the official list of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors by the decision of the sole shareholder dated March 14, 2022:

• excluded: Stamkulova A.M. - member of the Board of Directors, Mukhametzyanov M.T. - member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: Kuzdibaev M.Sh– - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Nurzhanov G.Zh. - member of the Board of Directors, Telkov S.A. - member of the Board of Directors, independent Director, Ogai V.E. - member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Akzhol Gold Resources JSC consists of four people: Kuzdibaev M.Sh., Ogai V.E., Nurzhanov G.Zh., Telkov Sh.A..
