/KASE, March 15, 2022/ – First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated March 14, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Management Board:

• removed: A. Qayiyp – Chairman of the Management Board;
• elected: N. Aidossov – Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC consists of seven people: N. Aidossov, M. Shaikhyslamov, A. Khamidullin, G. Makhanova, M. Sailybayev, I. Merzlyakova, G. Nurkenov.
