/KASE, March 14, 2022/ – KEGOC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated March 10, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: S. Tiyessov – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Zh. Yegimbayeva;
• elected: Y. Berdigulov – Chairman of the Board of Directors, A. Repin, A. Zhamiyev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KEGOC consists of seven persons: Y. Berdigulov, Zh. Bekenov, N. Akhanzaripov, Ulf Wokurka, K. Moldabayev, A. Repin, A. Zhamiyev.
