In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank dated March 4, 2022 (minutes of the meeting No. 8), the powers of Vladimir Kirushko, member of the Management Board – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, were terminated ahead of schedule from March 5, 2022 (last business day March 4, 2022) on his own initiative.
