/KASE, March 9, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Housing Company (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 25, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board.

• excluded: M. Mendybaev – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• elected O. Zholdasbayev – deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC consists of seven people: R. Issaev, A. Kuzdibayev, B. Sagimkulova, D. Zharlykapov, A. Shabdarbayev, O. Salykov, O. Zholdasbayev.
