/KASE, March 4, 2022/ – Akzhal Gold Resources (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 16, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• removed: M. Kuzdibayev – member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: V. Ogai – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Akzhal Gold Resources JSC consists of three persons: V. Ogai, M. Mukhametzyanov, A. Stamkulova.
