/KASE, January 31, 2022/ – Akzhal Gold Resources (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated January 24, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the Management Board:

• removed: M. Kuzdibaiev – general director;
• elected: Sh. Medelbekova – First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, S. Kapanov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, A. Arinov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, V. Ogai – Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of "Akzhal Gold Resources" JSC consists of four persons: Sh. Medelbekova, S. Kapanov, A. Arinov, V. Ogai.
