/KASE, January 26, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) was provided with an extract from the shareholder registers system of Bank Bank RBK JSC as of January 1, 2022.

According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the bank makes up 160,599,000,000 pieces, preferred shares - 500,000 pieces;
• 1,605,990,000 common shares and 450,000 preferred shares of the bank are outstanding;
• the sole person holding shares of the bank in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the bank's outstanding shares is KCC FINANCE LLP , owning 1,600,000,000 common shares of the bank (99.60% of the total number of the bank's outstanding shares or 99.63% of the total number of the bank's outstanding common shares).
