/KASE, January 14, 2022/– JSC "National Company "KazMunayGas" (Nur- Sultan), whose securities are on the official list of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that B.U. Akchulakov, a member of the company's Board of Directors, was excluded from the Board of Directors on his own initiative.

Taking into account the amendment, the Board of Directors of JSC "National Company "KazMunayGas" consists of six people: Walton Christopher John, Aidarbayev A.S., Karabalin U.S., Holland Philip Malcolm, Miller Timothy Glen, Mankeev M.N.
