/KASE, December 6, 2021/ – Akzhal Gold Resources (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated November 18, 2021 the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• removed: S. Tkhai – member of the Board of Directors, Y. Putintseva – member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: A. Stamkulova – member of the Board of Directors, M. Mukhametzyanov – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Akzhal Gold Resources JSC consists of three people: A. Stamkulova, M. Mukhametzyanov, M. Kuzdibayev.
