Alma Telecommunications Kazakhstan JSC (hereinafter - the Company) announces changes in the composition of its shareholders. On August 25, 2021, the transaction on the acquisition by AT Acquisition Corp LLP represented by the Tungushbayev family and Tengri Partners Investment Company of 93.84% share in the Company's share capital owned by Special Financial Company DSFK LLP was completed.

The shareholder change will not entail any significant changes to the Company's Strategy. For the new shareholder, the main priorities in the Company will be to improve the quality of customer service and develop a range of services in the field of telecommunications and information technology.
