/KASE, August 9, 2021/ – LOGICOM JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 5, 2021.

The shareholder, inter alia, made the following decisions:

• to approve the consolidated financial statements of the company for 2020;
• to appoint Independent Audit Company Centeraudit-Kazakhstan LLP as the audit organization to perform the audit of the company for 2021;
• not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2020.

The sole shareholder of the company has made decisions on five items on the agenda.
