/KASE, August 3, 2021/ – Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated July 23, 2021, D. Sabdenov was elected a member of the Board of Directors of the company.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Atameken-Agro JSC consists of five persons: G. Moldagaziyev, K. Islamov, M. Barkinkhoev, R. Adilov, D. Sabdenov.
