/KASE, June 30, 2021/ – Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 15, 2021 failed to take place due to absence of a quorum.
