/KASE, May 14, 2021/ – Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 11, 2021, A. Serikbayev was elected a member of the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Atameken-Agro JSC consists of five persons: K. Islamov, A. Dyusembayev, A. Sajitova, I. Samodelkin, A. Serikbayev.
