/KASE, April 21, 2021/ – Irtysh-Polymetal (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 16, 2021: "To exclude all securities (common shares) of the subsidiary of Caravan Resources LTD LLP – Irtysh-Polymetal JSC NIN KZ1C60280019 from the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC, on a voluntary basis, due to a new investment strategy".
