/KASE, April 14, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 12, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• removed: Y. Birtanov – member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: B. Sholpankulov – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund JSC consists of three persons: B. Sholpankulov, Y. Ospanov, Giovanni Capannelli.
