/KASE, April 5, 2021/ – Crystal Management (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that the following persons were excluded from the Board of Directors on their own initiative:

• B. Yeskozha – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
• B. Toktarov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Crystal Management JSC consists of five persons: A. Aubakirov, D. Sayzinuly, A. Balzhanov, V. Asambayev, I. Tabyldy.
