/KASE, January 22, 2021/ – RESMI Finance & Investment House (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated January 20, 2021, B. Tumenbayeva was elected a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the said change, the Board of Directors of RESMI Finance & Investment House consist of three persons: A. Manayenko, B. Tumenbayeva, G. Kasymkanova.
